Certified Home Health Aide
As a Certified Home Health Aide with Home Care for You, you’ll form trusting, one-on-one relationships with adults who have disabilities, delivering the daily support they need to thrive at home. You’ll assist with personal care—bathing, dressing, grooming—and help with meals, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Your hands-on care keeps clients safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their familiar surroundings.
To qualify for this role you must meet New Jersey’s requirements for Certified Homemaker-Home Health Aides (CHHAs):
- Hold a current CHHA certificate issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing (NJ BON)
- Complete an approved 76-hour training program (60 hours classroom, 16 hours clinical)
- Pass the NJ BON competency evaluation exam
- Undergo fingerprinting, criminal background check, and TB clearance
- Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Maintain CPR and first-aid certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred)

Home Care Nurse
As a Home Care Nurse, you’ll bring clinical expertise directly into the homes of adults with disabilities. You’ll assess health status, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and injections, monitor wounds and vital signs, manage diabetic and other specialty care, and educate clients and families on disease management. You’ll coordinate with physicians, therapists, and our support team to ensure seamless, person-centered care that empowers independence and promotes well-being.
To qualify for this role you must meet New Jersey’s nursing requirements and our standards:
- Hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or LPN diploma).
- Minimum one year of clinical experience, preferably in home care or community health.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and TB clearance.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills.

Direct Support Professional
Our Direct Support Professionals provide in-home and community-based assistance to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. That includes supporting daily living skills, community inclusion, employment, and recreational activities; fostering independence through personalized coaching, companionship, and advocacy, ensuring safety and well-being. They provide both support and empowerment.
Direct Support Professionals are required to be CPR and First Aid Certified. One year related experience working with people with special needs. Position open statewide.

Client Manager
A Home Care for You client manager builds relationships with clients and families, matches them with direct support professionals, oversees daily service delivery, addresses concerns, manages schedules and communication, tracks progress, and ensures satisfaction through high-quality, person-centered care.
Client Managers are required to have experience in technology, multitasking, excellent customer service skills, and one year experience in human services.

Case Manager
A Home Care for You case manager assesses individual needs, develops and oversees personalized service plans, coordinates with support coordinators and community providers, monitors progress, advocates for clients and families, ensures regulatory compliance, and adjusts support to enhance independence and quality of life.
Case managers are required to have one year of experience in human services, equipped in technology, and excellent organization skills. We have open positions for Case Managers statewide.

Employment Job Coach
An employment job coach helps individuals with disabilities explore career interests, develop resumes and interview skills, secure placements, provide on-the-job training and support, liaise with employers, monitor progress, and advocate for accommodations to foster lasting employment success.
You will need an Associate’s degree or higher in a related field or have a high school diploma with three (3) years of relevant experience. You should be familiar with the demands and expectations of business and industry.
