What We Do
Home Care For You provides personalized, one-on-one in-home homemaker and home health aide services to support individuals with daily living needs. Our certified caregivers assist with tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and overall safety monitoring to help individuals remain comfortable and independent at home.
We are licensed by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and fully accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP). Our team helps match your loved one with compassionate, reliable professionals who deliver tailored care throughout the state.
How We Help
Home Care For You provides practical, compassionate in-home care through our professional Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs). Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, our CHHAs offer personal care assistance (PCA), support with activities of daily living (ADLs), light homemaker tasks, companionship, and safety-focused care.
Our services are designed to promote comfort, dignity, and independence while giving families peace of mind. Every care plan is tailored to the individual’s needs, ensuring they receive the right level of support at home.
Available services include:
Certified Home Health Aide services
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Laundry, linen change
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders and assistance
- Assistance with exercises (prescribed exercise)
- Meal planning and preparation (prescribed diet)
- Serving of meals and assisting with feeding
- Assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Assisting with ambulation (walking) with or w/o assistive devices
- Escorting the client to Doctor’s appointments
